The PM House building is a two-floor office building with a floor roof. As an office building, most of the energy consumption occurs during business hours and could be offset by solar PV systems.
Optimised for flat roof: The solar systems installed are specific for flat roofs, where the mounting units create a 10 - 15 degree inclination for solar panels, maximising electricity generation throughout the day. The inclination also enables the solar panels to be cleaned by rain water, minimising dust deposition.
Leasing benefits: The installed solar system provides solar power to multiple tenanted offices, helping occupants to benefit from the access to renewable energy, lowering their carbon footprint.
Uninterrupted business operation: During the entire period of solar installation, the building's business operation remained uninterrupted. The project is closely managed by a dedicated Absolar Project Manager, ensuring project delivery and quality.
From start to finish the communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. The Engineers that attended were so helpful and took time to go through everything and explain in detail how the system works. The aftercare was also excellent and any questions we had were answered straight away. As we speak, we are currently producing electricity!
