The two-storey office building locates in a densely populated area at Winchester city centre, bringing engineering challenges to this project including logistics and scaffolding access - both were closely managed by Absolar's project management team. The building has a slate roof, and the client has chosen to install an in-roof solar system, integrating solar panels into the roof with an aesthetic appearance.

In-roof system: The solar systems installed are specifically designed for this building and integrated into the slate roof. This not only provides an aesthetic appearance but also minimise bird hazards hence maintenance requirements.

Smart data display: Absolar have provided a smart data portal, which has been displayed at the entrance of the building to showcase live solar generation data.

Uninterrupted business operation: During the entire period of solar installation, the building's business operation remained uninterrupted. The project is closely managed by a dedicated Absolar Project Manager, ensuring project delivery and quality.
